The platform

One platform to run your
entire membership business

Point of sale, billing, rewards, marketing, fulfillment, tax, compliance, and reporting - one connected platform instead of a dozen stitched-together tools.

In short

MemberZone is an all-in-one membership and loyalty platform. It runs subscription tiers, rewards, member CRM, email marketing, fulfillment, DTC shipping, and sales tax on top of the point of sale you already use - replacing a dozen stitched-together tools with one connected system.

Programs & plans

Run the program you actually have in mind

Subscriptions on a fixed cadence, allocation releases you only charge for when the product is ready, or a free-to-join perk program. Each can ship physical goods or hand over purely digital benefits, and you can run several side by side.

Add as many plans as you need, each with its own pricing, billing rhythm, and reward rules, then publish straight to your point of sale. None of the model is hard-coded, so the program can change shape later without a migration.

  • Subscriptions, releases, or free perk programs
  • Seasonal drops with member selection windows
  • Recurring and per-release billing on file

At the point of sale

Your members, known everywhere they spend

MemberZone sits behind your point of sale rather than beside it. A member is matched on the check by card, phone, or email, and their plan benefits apply on their own: percentage or dollar discounts, complimentary items, member pricing, and loyalty credits. No codes and no manual lookups.

Every sale flows back through live webhooks, so balances, rewards, and history are current by the time the drawer closes. One member record follows them across every location and channel, in person and online, with no second app for your staff.

  • Runs on the POS your staff already use
  • Discounts, comps, and member pricing apply themselves
  • Live webhooks keep balances and history current

Out the door

Physical products, cleared and on their way

A membership can move real product, not just a points balance. Track every order from confirmation through prep, ready, and complete, then coordinate in-store pickup or generate multi-carrier labels with Shippo across UPS, USPS, and FedEx, with tracking wired to automatic member notifications.

Before a package leaves, MemberZone checks it against the destination state's rules through ShipCompliant: DTC license, volume limits, age verification, and product registration, with your own allowed-states list as a fallback. Sales tax and alcohol excise are calculated through Avalara, ShipCompliant, or TaxJar, filed automatically, and reconciled on refunds.

  • Multi-carrier labels and in-store pickup in one flow
  • Destination-state rules checked before a label prints
  • Rooftop-accurate sales tax and excise, filed for you

Marketing suite

No Mailchimp. No Klaviyo. No second list to sync.

Most membership businesses end up paying twice: once for the platform that holds the members, and again for the email tool that talks to them. Then a third time, in staff hours, keeping the two lists in agreement. MemberZone does not work that way. The entire marketing suite is part of the platform, running on the same member records your point of sale is already writing to.

There is no export, no sync, and no separate audience quietly going stale. When someone joins, upgrades a plan, pauses billing, opts out, or picks up an order, your list already knows, because it is the same record. You will never need Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any third-party email integration to run a membership program here.

  • No per-contact email plan on top of your rate
  • No CSV exports, nightly syncs, or Zapier steps
  • One member list instead of two that disagree

Inside the suite

Everything you would buy an email platform for

A block-based builder, audiences drawn from live membership data, scheduling, delivery and engagement tracking, suppression handling, and brand controls that apply to every message. All of it sitting on members you already have, instead of a copy of them.

A builder, not a template

Compose from blocks - headings, rich text, images, buttons, callouts - and check it on desktop and mobile before it goes. Drop in a member's name or plan, or a passwordless sign-in button, and send yourself a test copy first.

Audiences from live membership data

Send to every customer, to the members of specific programs filtered by status - active, trialing, paused, or cancelled - or to the leads in your CRM who opted in. The recipient count updates as you change the target.

Send now or schedule it

Queue a broadcast for a date and time and it goes out on its own. Reschedule or cancel while it waits, and duplicate a campaign that worked instead of rebuilding it.

Delivery, opens, and clicks

Every send is logged and updated as it lands: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or marked as spam. Read it per campaign or per member, alongside the exact message that went out.

On brand without a designer

Set your logo, colors, fonts, reply-to address, and footer once. Every message uses them, campaigns and receipts alike, in wording that matches your trade rather than ours.

Unsubscribes and bounces, handled

Every marketing email carries one-click unsubscribe and your mailing address for CAN-SPAM. Opt-outs, hard bounces, and spam complaints suppress themselves, and you can review or clear the list any time.

Transactional email

The emails your members actually open

Broadcasts get attention, but the messages that carry a membership are the ones nobody has to remember to send. MemberZone ships more than forty of them, wired to real events: a card that failed, a release that opened, a box that shipped, a plan that changed, a pickup that is ready on the counter.

They arrive on your branding, in your wording, from your business name. A bolt-on email tool cannot send these, because it does not have the event or the data behind it. Yours are already written, and you can rewrite any of them or switch the internal ones off.

Open any member and you can see everything they have been sent, when it was delivered, and whether they opened it, then resend from the same screen. Add a partner or an assistant to the membership and they get their own copies too.

Passwordless magic links that drop a member straight into their account.

Membership lifecycle

Welcome, tier change, program switch, pause, resume, reactivate, and cancel.

Billing & payments

Charge succeeded, charge failed, card on file needed, and retry notices.

Orders & fulfillment

Releases & selections

Release opened, selection window closing, deadline moved, release cancelled.

Storefront orders

Confirmations and fulfillment updates for one-time items bought outside a membership.

Team & account

Staff invitations, teammate welcomes, role changes, and activation codes.

Alerts to your team

New signups, cancellations, failed payments, and inventory shortages. Switchable off.

What you stop paying for

One suite instead of a stitched-together stack

This is what member email looks like with a third-party tool bolted on, and what it looks like when the suite is simply part of the platform.

With a bolt-on email tool

  • A per-contact email plan on top of your platform bill
  • An integration, a sync job, or a Zapier step to move members across
  • A second audience that drifts every time a plan or status changes
  • Receipts and shipping notices from a different sender than your campaigns
  • Segments rebuilt by hand whenever you add or retire a program
  • Unsubscribes living in one tool and memberships in another

With MemberZone

  • Included in your rate, with no per-contact email pricing
  • Nothing to move: audiences read the live member records
  • One list that is correct the second a membership changes
  • Campaigns and transactional email from one branded sender
  • Pick a program and a status, and the audience builds itself
  • One suppression list that every send already respects

The marketing suite is not an upgrade tier. It ships on Starter, Growth, and Enterprise alike. See pricing

Members

From first interest to a membership you can still change

Track contacts from first interest through invitation and enrollment without keeping a spreadsheet on the side. Import a list, send invites, and convert people into paying members, with notes and segmentation on every record.

Once someone has joined, nothing is frozen. Pause billing, change plans, switch pickup locations, or update a card from HQ, or let members do it themselves in a branded portal. Skipping a cycle should not require a phone call.

  • CRM pipeline from lead to active member
  • Pause, switch plans, or update a card any time
  • Branded self-service portal for members

Run it from HQ

Every location, one connected platform

Programs, billing, members, inventory, and reporting live in one place instead of a dozen stitched-together tools. Run every venue from a single dashboard with per-location inventory, staff, and settings, while everyday sales stay in your point of sale.

Active members, processed volume, retention, and plan mix surface as insight cards and exportable reports: the numbers operators actually act on, without building a dashboard first. Sell an item at the POS and stock updates here, so there is one count across both systems.

  • Per-location inventory, staff, and settings
  • One stock count shared with your POS
  • Retention, volume, and plan mix, exportable

Roles & permissions

Owner, manager, and staff access scoped to the locations they actually work in.

Branded signup pages

Custom signup flows that capture the member data your program needs.

Storefront add-ons

Sell one-time items alongside memberships from a built-in online store.

Promo codes & discounts

Run limited-time codes alongside the standing pricing your plans already give members.

Household contacts

Add a partner or an assistant to a membership so they get their own order and billing notices.

Guided data import

Bring members, cards, and history over from another platform with structured import tools.

Pay on volume, not shelfware.

Every part of the platform ships on day one. On Starter and Growth your rate starts at 2.8% of processed volume and drops to 2.4% as you scale, with no monthly platform fee. At Enterprise scale it becomes one flat monthly rate.
